We aim to turn around all orders the same day you place them - stock & time permitting!
For placing orders you can Phone, E-mail, send a letter (with any physical samples you are needing to match to), or fill in the form on this page.
Once we have your goods out and ready, we will call or e-mail you for any missing items/alternatives and/or to collect payment details. We always aim to ship goods the same day as they are ordered, stock & time permitting.
Oasis Spray, Waterproof Spray & the larger Hat Boxes must be sent via carrier, please order before midday for Next Day delivery (Normally via UPS).
Guaranteed next day 1pm deliveries via Royal Mail must be placed before 3pm.
Please deem this form as a ‘Wish List’ as items/colours come in & out of stock very quickly depending on trends, materials & time of year.

BHA Ltd do not accept returns unless the goods are damaged upon receipt or an incorrect item has been shipped.
Creasing, imperfections in natural fibres, unfinished edges etc are not classed as ‘damaged’.
BHA Ltd does not operate a ‘Sale or Return’ policy - If the client has cancelled the order, or is unhappy with the shade/tone it cannot be returned.
BHA Ltd must be notified of any returns for any reason within 48 hours of delivery.
